Santo Domingo

About the Origin

Cocoa is mainly grown in the Cibao valley in the northern part of the island. It is one of the most northerly cocoa areas in the world and it yields small harvests, but of an outstanding quality. Santo Domingo cocoa beans have an adventurously deep and sophisticated taste accompanied by fine aromatic properties.
